  2. * Sole Proprietary Firm
  3. * Partnership Firm
  4. * Limited Co.(Private/Public)
  5. * Initial Deposit for opening Current Account & minimum balance to be maintained in the account : Rs. 5000/-
  6. * Interest : No Interest will be paid on the balance in Current Account.
  7. * Statement of Account : Bank will issue statement of account to the account holder once in a month.

Facilities :

  1. * Collection of outstation cheques
  2. * RTGS/NEFT Facility
  3. * Any Branch connectivity
  4. * Remittances – Demand Draft on any location in India
  5. * SMS & mobile App. Facility (only view)

How To Open An Account :

You need to submit the information to establish your identity and your address and a copy of your latest photograph. You can choose from the variety of the documents acceptable by the Bank for this purpose. The documents accepted by the Bank are as under:

a) Proof of Photo Identification: (any one of the following) :

b) Proof of current address: (any one of the following) :

Documents Required for Pvt. Ltd. / Ltd. Company

  • ** Copy of certificate of Incorporation
  • ** Copy of certificate of commencement of business in case of Public Limited Co.
  • ** Certificate copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • ** A certified true copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors requesting Bank to open an account & provide operating instruction and a list of authorised officials to operate the account and their KYC papers (authorised Signatories)
  • ** PAN Card copy of the Co.
  • Director's Documents :-
  • ** PAN Card of all Directors;
  • ** Photographs of all the Directors
  • ** Aadhar Card of all Directors


Documents Required( Trust,Clubs, Association)

  • ** Stamp of the Clubs / Associations
  • ** Original certificate of registration
  • ** Certificate true copy of memorandum of association
  • ** Certificate true copy of the rules, regulations, bye-laws
  • ** Resolution of managing committee certified by the chairman/secretary authorised
  • ** The type of a/c to be opened and operating instruction should be specified in the resolution
  • ** A certified true copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors requesting Bank to open an account & provide operating instruction and a list of authorised officials to operate the account.
